Report of Investigation into the death of Pfc Joseph Lucas
This report contains the formal cover report, investigation synopsis, letters from the surgeon and his battery commander, and affadavits of the witnesses. It took a long time for me to track down the location of this report; it was located with his VA records. This report debunks all the rumors that my mother heard about his death.
